Policy

Refund Policy

All sales are final. We appreciate your business and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our services, we are unable to offer refunds once a purchase has been made. All sales are final.

If you have any issues or concerns with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can try to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. If an unexpected life event occurs please contact us we will work with you.

Cancelation Policy

All classes must be canceled two (2) hours before the scheduled start time.

Classes will start on time and end on time.
All students must be in class for the warm-up to prevent injury. If you are more than 15 min late you will not be allowed into class and you will forfeit your class credit.

NO-SHOWS AND LATE CANCELLATIONS WILL FORFEIT THEIR CLASS CREDIT. NO EXCEPTIONS. NO TRANSFER CREDITS.

If you register for a class and do not show up, you will NOT receive a refund and you CAN NOT take another class in its place. If an unexpected life event occurs please contact us we will work with you.

Class/Cancellation/ No-show Policy

At Fit With Keish, we are committed to providing a safe and enjoyable experience for all of our participants. However, please be aware that participation in dance fitness activities carries inherent risks, and by participating, you acknowledge and assume these risks.

Fit With Keish is not responsible for any injuries or damages that may occur as a result of participation in our activities. We recommend that all participants consult with a healthcare professional before beginning any new fitness program.


Fit With Keish is a privately owned business and is not affiliated with any government agency. We do not provide medical advice or recommendations. The information provided on our website and in our classes is for general informational purposes only and is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Fit With Keish reserves the right to change, modify, or cancel classes or events at any time without prior notice.

In the event of a medical emergency, Fit With Keish will assist in contacting emergency services as needed but is not responsible for any medical expenses that may be incurred.

All videos cannot be screen-recorded and/or re-used for individual sale or posting on the internet, any use of this kind is illegal and will result in legal action.

Video On Demand Policy

To cancel you VOD subscription send a email with the subject line CANCEL VOD. You will be emailed informing you that your subscription was canceled.
